To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To begin your return, please email me at email@example.com or call me on
+61 421 655 405 letting me know the reason you want to return your item.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations - But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, (meaning you will receive the cost of the returned item, not the shipping cost).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
It is advisable to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
