SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES FOR PRINTED CLOTHING :

When you order a piece from our printed collection, it has not yet been made. It is hand printed, cut and sewn especially for you (in the US and Canada)

Therefore it takes a little longer (but I promise it's worth the wait!)

Time from ORDERING to DELIVERY (aka from when you order until it arrives to your door) :

* To USA customers : 7 - 16 business days***

* To CANADA customers : 8 - 17 business days***

* To INTERNATIONAL (including Australia) customers : 6 - 8 weeks*** Due to stricter International border control in the last few months, we have noticed longer lead time to the Australian and Asia area, and apologise. 

***Please note : I've written the maximum timeframe because I want to be transparent with expectations, however orders usually arrive before this.

Cost for Shipping (in AUD) : 

* To USA customers : $11

* To CANADA customers : $17

* To INTERNATIONAL (including Australia) customers : $20

Delivery Process :

Our orders are shipped on Monday to Friday during office hours only in the US and Canada, and do not operate on public holidays within these countries.

Here are the steps involved :

1. I will email you once your order has been confirmed, and let you know it is on it's way to being made just for you.

2. Once I am notified by my manufacturers that your garment has been finished, I will contact you to let you know it's ready to ship. 

3. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the Postal service. I, nor my manufacturers are liable for any errors made by these services.

4. I will email you around the time of estimated delivery to check you have received it safely.

5. Please open your package with care, and not with any sharp objects.

I cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES FOR NON - PRINTED CLOTHING :

This clothing is in stock, already made. Therefore it can be shipped within 1 - 2 business days (unlike the printed clothing, which has not yet been made - it is custom-made)

Processing times :

I take 1 - 2 business days to package up & post your order via Australia Post.

Here are the shipping times & costs : 

Australia Standard Shipping : 

We offer $14 standard shipping in Australia

How long it will take? 2 - 5 business days after being shipped.

Australia Express Shipping :

We also offer Express Shipping for $17

How long it will express shipping take?  The next business day after being shipped.

International Shipping :

We offer $24 standard shipping for International Shipping

How long it will International shipping take?  3 - 15 business days after being shipped.
